Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states. We don't ship outside the United States yet.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $75 or more ship free anywhere in the United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. Orders under $75 pay the shipping rate shown at checkout.
How long until my order ships?
Orders ship within 3 business days. Every piece is wrapped by hand, and you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?
If a piece isn't right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Giveaway pieces are not returnable.

What if my crystal arrives damaged?
Crystals are packed with care, but if anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send it back.
I bought during a live show. Which policy applies?
