Refund policy

We want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Returns within 14 days. You can return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

How to start a return. Email hello@risingstarcrystals.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds. Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged on arrival. Crystals are packed with care, but if anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send it back.

Exceptions. Giveaway pieces can't be returned. Gift cards can't be refunded.
