Rising Star Crystals ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit risingstarcrystals.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give it, and what you ordered. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.
The Sunday Sky: your email address, if you sign up for our weekly letter.
Rising sign calculator: the birth date, time and place you enter, used to work out your rising sign. These are calculated in your browser and are not stored.
Messages: anything you send us by email or through our contact and inquiry forms.
Browsing information: like most online shops, our platform automatically collects basic information such as your device, browser, pages viewed and how you arrived, using cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders.
To send The Sunday Sky and occasional shop news, only if you've signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To answer your questions and inquiries.
To keep the shop secure, understand what's working, and improve it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the shop: Shopify (our store platform, payments and email), payment processors, and shipping carriers, and only as needed to do their job. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for others' advertising.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart working and help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the shop may not work properly without them.

Your choices and rights

Keeping information

We keep order records as long as we need them for our business and for tax and legal reasons, and other information only as long as it's useful for the purposes above.
