About us. Rising Star Crystals is an online crystal shop. Our store runs on Shopify.
Our products. Crystals are natural, so color, pattern, size and inclusions vary from piece to piece. When a piece is one of a kind, the listing says so and you'll receive the crystal pictured. We describe every product honestly and do our best to show it accurately, but colors can look a little different on different screens.
Astrology and crystals. Our forecasts, crystal meanings and other content are offered for reflection, inspiration and enjoyment. Our astrology is non-predictive. Crystals are tools for intention, reflection and beauty. We don't claim they heal, cure, treat or prevent anything, and nothing on this site is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Prices and availability. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Orders and payment. By placing an order you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use your payment method. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners.
Shipping and returns. Shipping and returns follow our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Discounts. Offers such as "any 3 bracelets save 20%" apply automatically at checkout, can't be combined unless stated, and may change or end at any time.
Our content. The text, photos, videos, forecasts and designs on this site belong to Rising Star Crystals. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. Sharing a link is always welcome.
Using the site. Please don't misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Rising Star Crystals isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
